Commissioning a custom figurine can be a magical and exciting experience, but many questions arise if it's your first time collaborating with a handmade artist. That's why I've compiled all the essential information here to ensure your order runs smoothly and beautifully.
🌿 1️⃣ What kind of custom figures can I order?
I primarily work with decorative figures inspired by fantasy worlds, folklore, fantastical creatures, animals, TV series characters, and original designs. You can order:
✔ Soft figures for shelves
✔ Pendants or wall decorations
✔ small amulets or talismans
✔ Themed figures inspired by role-playing, mythology, video games...
✔ your own invented characters

🌿 2️⃣ How does the ordering process work?
1️⃣ Contact me with your idea (with references, sketches, or a detailed description).
2️⃣ I'll confirm if it's possible and explain the price, timing, and materials.
3️⃣ We'll reserve your spot on the order list with partial or full payment.
4️⃣ I'll send you sketches so you can choose and make changes.
5️⃣ I'll keep you updated with progress photos.
6️⃣ Once finished, you will receive your figure ready to live a thousand adventures with you
🌿 3️⃣ How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the complexity, size, and backlog of orders, but I typically need between 2 and 4 weeks. During high-demand periods (special campaigns or holidays), it may take a little longer.
🌿 4️⃣ What happens if I want changes during the process?
I always try to accommodate small, reasonable changes while the figure is in its initial stages. If the change is very large (such as redesigning the entire figure), a surcharge will apply based on the additional work.

My figures usually have:

All my materials are chosen with care and quality, so that your piece will last for many years.
🌿 6️⃣ Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel before the work begins. Once started, I will only be able to refund part of the amount based on the progress of the work, as the materials and time invested are unique to your project.
