-For orders within Spain: 15 business days from receipt.
-For international orders: 30 business days from receipt.

✨ Conditions
-The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with no signs of use, and with the original packaging whenever possible.
-Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
-I recommend using certified or trackable shipping to ensure your package arrives safely.

✨ Exceptions
- Customized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

✨ Refunds
Once I receive the returned item and review its condition, I will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. This process may take a few days to appear, depending on the bank.
